So, Hubert Farlowe has posted on g+ so he is still around, although not sure how he made it from the caves to where he is now.

Is Niantic Labs really shutting down? And, is Devra really getting a get out of NIA jail card free? Or is this a ploy to draw out certain people?
Some of the talk on the g+ drums is perhaps this is the start of a race, a breakdown into smaller labs to see who can master XM first...
