Multiverse explains "time differences"?

With the recent intel being released and the possibility of multiverses (  Where There Was One ) perhaps this will explain what has been one of three major mysteries I have held onto since the early days of Niantic - The Arecibo date and Devra

In this audio - Devra mentions Arecibo and '84 http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/pac/IB/00/item/contact/Contact.mp3

But the later meeting between Hank and Devra in Areicbo takes place in 1995  - https://plus.google.com/+NianticProject/posts/PZJPAZmZHsN

So... a goof, a time shift, or multiverse bleed thru??  We are in interesting times.

PS as to the other mysteries - I am still waiting for Cognidyne and Hollis to be explained :)

What are the Glyphs and Changes in the Heart

The Niantic world continues to focus on the glyphs and what they might mean as well as the race to scoop up XM scientists.  We seem to have four pages from Carrie Campbell's journal and are working on how to decipher the meanings and what her experiment might be ( http://niantic.schlarp.com/investigation:characters:carrie_campbell?&#epiphany_journal_pages and https://plus.google.com/u/0/+NianticProject/posts/EzZp7E8z673.  We have a communication from Ni and Calvin about the proposed collection of scientists  (https://plus.google.com/u/0/+NianticProject/posts/WmvWGVgV2d3) , which makes me wonder if Devra was ever away from her lab, would she be in danger of being abducted? Is the race that desperate?

Finally for tonight - a piece from the past as we've had no communication from Devra since her open letter.  I am going to try posting this on her g+ and see if she replies, but I do wonder if the wonder and exploration Dr. Bogdanovich one felt and searched for through SETI and other projects is still in her heart, or if other things now guide her...

http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/pac/IB/00/item/contact/Contact.mp3 - Devra calling Paul and telling him about her dialtone, oh the barely contained excitement in her voice.
