Scapegoat? Savior? My Worry for Devra Grows

As the decay rate of portals continues to affect the flow of XM, it seems more and more are linking this action to Dr. Bogdanovich with a variety of reactions and #hashtags. Some see the reduction of fields and XM flow as good for humanity, others see it as a dangerous path to destruction.  Here are just a few references:

Susanna: Even as agents were battling during the anomaly, portals around the world began to decay more rapidly. This seems to be directly tied to the release of a so-called portal virus by Dr. Devra Bogdanovich. The virus, allegedly developed with the support of the CDC, seems to accelerate the natural decay rate of a resonated portal by as much as 100 percent. Its effects are being felt in portals around the world. An anonymous friend provided this excerpt to a conversation between ADA and Devra.

ADA: Devra, what have you done?
Devra: Something you should have. I'm containing the threat.
ADA: You have undertaken a most extreme action.
Devra: This is about saving humanity ADA.
ADA: I am detecting significant amounts of tension and distress in your voice. I think, Devra, that you may be losing touch with reality.

Later in the report, there is an audio excerpt from Jarvis

Jarvis: This so-called portal virus is a desperate attack by a deeply misguided person. Not satisfied with poisoning humanity with her so-called XM inoculation, which has been known to cause the immediate death of one in five people who it is administered to, she has turned to even more reckless and more naive actions.

A Kind of Portal Virus

A portion of the July 10th Ingress Report featured an audio clip of a partial conversation between Dr. Ezekiel Calvin and Dr. Devra Bogdanovich.

On July 11th, Dr. Martin Schubert released a post regarding an observed increased decay rate in portals.

I began investigating as soon as I heard.  Initial results show increased Portal Decay. At this point I am unable to say exactly how much, but the increase seems greater than 200%.  Fully charged Portals will decay in 72 hours

 On July 11th, there was a post from IQTech Research.

ON July 12th Stein Lightman posted about a change in the amount of XM constructs put out by Glyph Hacking.

Where is this all leading? Is this a system that is connected and we are seeing how changes in one component ripple through to other parts of the system? Is this manipulation by certain people, corporations, entities?

NL1331 and Hank Johnson's State

So much has come through the streams the last few days.  So far only one small comment from Devra, but will post more if she shares.

 Yes. In part. This seems to be one specifically associated with Alexander. The Glyph is used again, but the framing is different. It appears to be in an Ionic Coffin (make your own decision on that).  And the glyph, if mirrored seems to come to 1331.  That number has unknown significance, but I am working on it.

Glyph Game and What is the Jarvis Society

It is here.  This document was released yesterday ahead of scanner update 1.45.3

Four people responded to the glyph game being released, including Devra.  This gives hope she is still alive and able to post. Hopefully it is in an unrestricted capacity.  Here is her post:

I have heard disturbing but unconfirmed reports of a new glyph application in some Ingress Scanners.  These must be verified. We need to establish the vector of this hack.  While there is debate on this subject, my official warning is that you use glyphs carefully.

Dr. Oliver Lynton-Wolfe left a comment, one which could be seen as an attack. Although, it is hoped Devra is collecting data and creating a voluntary response to XM exposure, not a forced one as that would place her in the same position as those she is worried about.

We all miss +Carrie Campbell.  If indeed she is gone.  However, we must pay close attention to the infinite. To the greater picture here.  Let go Devra... What has Resistance gained for you.  Let go...

And I have been monitoring your experiments.  You will never create a vaccine.  It is impossible.  Give up.  Let go.  The object you are clinging to is not real.
