Devra's time Zero Letter
Well, it seems I missed this during the Time Zero event. Still checking into it's validity and relationships as well as origin. If it is a valid document, it has some very interesting pieces relating to Devra and the glyphs.

Nice summary of the glyphs and recent discoveries
I wanted to add a great post I found summarizing a lot of the recent discussions about the glyphs by @ Mike Wissinger - very well done.

also has a follow up - I do wonder why the glyph that was found in Cross Plains TX was the one that was found ;) meaning, of the 20+ glyphs, why did that one appear - also - looking at the ones from the HPL/REH letter.... why those have dots and curved lines - could those dots be the reference dots and these symbols are ways between the dots??? https://plus.google.com/u/0/117792105926525258257/posts/MvReWC5JwWt

Then in the Weekly chat hosted by @Thomas Greanias tonight - https://plus.google.com/u/0/102489350322422853902/posts/UKV5oV4xDJA - he mentions much about glyphs including one @Kelly Kolton may have seen that Hank had found and he has encountered them in the past (also in that chat was a number of great comments about dark XM, a topic to review in another post).

PS - another possible related piece was a leaked communication (need to find the exact reference) about an auditory piece Enoch was working on, one that might transmit these glyphs via audio not visual

Dispersal Leads To an XM Race - the big three
There are still so many questions unanswered and so much information to catalog and archive, but it seems the dispersal of Niantic has given way to multiple tentacles, each searching for XM and how to use it.
Will work feverishly to collect as much as possible over the next week (with obvious focus on Visur as it links to Dr. Devra Bogdanovich), but it seems right now there are three developing labs/organizations and then smaller groups/individuals, which I have basic info below, but who else is in this race?
NIA - J. Phillips now heads the NIA and it is uncertain what intentions the NIA has regarding XM
Hank Johnson is searching for ancient XM links, Dark XM and more
What about the organization Dr. Johanna Brandt works for that are looking into XM
Who else is out there?

Time Zero Event - how will this affect Devra

It seems from a leaked Visur document (https://plus.google.com/u/0/+NianticProject/posts/B8Vnu2rCy8U) that an important piece will be the possible exchange of information related to gylphs/symbols that have been talked about since the Magic Castle event and especially of late as Carrie Campbell and Hank Johnson chase after potential ancient links to these symbols. From the fact the leaked document is from Visur, it appears Devra, or at least Visur, is interested in these symbols.
Dr. Wright made some odd comments about Devra and these symbols in a recent chat hosted by Thomas Greanias - https://plus.google.com/u/0/102489350322422853902/posts/AqmzLA1dC6H - and it is something to note if it is just ramblings by a potentially jealous past suitor, or if they are adequate assessments of Devra's character... I hope to find out more after this event.
