Devra Disappears
A very blurry video had surfaced about Devra at the 13Magnus Nest. The Acolyte's video has the events more clearly.

Devra in a Box
Felicia Hajra-Lee has posted another glimpse, Devra's journey continues, as does, it seems, her transformation, or metamorphosis or....
Devra was in a box. Not figuratively, but literally. A converted shipping container, maybe like one of those micro hotel rooms she’d heard of in Asia, but shielded somehow and being bombarded with Exotic Matter. They weren’t trying to torture her... maybe they were studying her through cameras, but if they were, she wasn’t very interesting to watch. She spent most of her time meditating – recompiling herself. Trying to survive this.
How long had it been? She didn’t know. That was speculation. It had been days. Maybe weeks. She had no way to measure time. She also had no way to measure what the inoculation had done to her.
She did know what it had done to those who had come in contact with her. Hwang had – the best word she could use for it – self-destructed – had what looked like a seizure, expending the last of his energy to crawl into a fetal ball… and die
.
The world had been amazingly clear for Devra. It was like a game. She heard guards running down the hall. The door was locked. There was no key card on Hwang’s body thus the only point of vulnerability was the giant two way window. Devra had thrown a chair through it. It shattered. She saw Fan in a catatonic state. She wasn’t dead... not yet. She was still breathing. Devra felt nothing as she watched Fan. It wasn’t coldness. It was absence. There was only one relevant issue. She was breathing.
Guards broke in. Their reaction was, in some ways similar to Hwangs. Only Antoine Smith was unaffected. But then he’d been exposed to Dark XM before.
He subdued her.
When she awoke, it was in the box.
She had been there ever since.
She liked the darkness. Seeing was painful in its clarity. It was like seeing the world without ornamentation – like a flowchart or an engineering diagram. Without sentiment. Without illusion. Pure. Not exactly like the dripping text in the Matrix, but somehow she was reminded of the metaphor.
Her guess was that Hwang died from from the shock brought on by this. From the sharpness of this sight. The same phenomena, shielded by the glass had frozen, maybe killed Fan.
The box was moving. To where? As best she could discern it had been transported out of the lab by truck and loaded onto an airplane. She could only speculate on speed and direction.
But she was being taken somewhere. Where and for what purpose?
She had worked out three scenarios:
1) She was being taken to a remote facility for study.
2) She was being taken to a distant place to be killed with no traces leading back to Hulong.
3) She was simply being taken ‘away’ without a plan, while various interested parties argued over what to do.
The latter seemed the most likely.
And Hubert is on the move, and is not.... happy

Devra in Australia
A new document surfaced about Devra's potential whereabouts.
It is interesting to note - WAYYYYYY back in 2012 - some of the first XM studies leaked noted that Australia was one of the "darker" or lower level spots regarding XM - and that is where Smith is taking Devra... is there a connection? (see http://niantic.schlarp.com/investigation:exotic_matter#xm_sat_surveys_and_dr_victor_kureze_research and http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/pac/IB/01/item/dreamtime.png )
Maybe knows about agent 685 (mentioned in the Dreamtime document) and also - why was that document titled Dreamtime?

So Hubert is protecting Devra, has some ability to sense her, is tracking her fear and is seems is heading to Australia to find Devra and potentially interact with Smith. I am looking forward to that.

What has Devra Become, Scorched Earth and A Reason for Hubert
Felicia Hajra-Lee has shared more of Devra's trip to Hulong. It seems Devra has taken her research to a different level, one that may have unintended consequences, or, as seen in the one excerpt shared by Felicia, may have been the intention all along. Also, we see Hubert is still, at least as of Atlanta, helping Dr. Bogdanovich.I do wonder at this quote from Felicia, "She had what she wanted. Which meant that for now, Farlowe had what he needed. A reason to keep going. "

Portal Virus and XM Inoculation
Dr. Bogdanovich continues her work to find ways to eliminate the connection between XM and humans. Her work on the portal virus saw some success, but then was countered with increased XM levels. Her latest message posted yesterday identifies a potential swing back to looking at a type of inoculation for humans rather than focus on burning out portals.
Hubert has also been busy traveling, need to update the map and look at his travel log. He has been quite active and had some cryptic messages along the way. He seems to still be working in some aspect for Devra (see post and comments here and here for example), although, as always, that work and status are vague and uncertain.

I have been traveling so not had time to add the new Devra information and research that has been released - there has been a lot! Will try to get that added soon. For now - have updated the Hubert Farlowe travelling map and he mentions starting a new adventure.

Quantum Biology Scenario
A few developments have come out since the CDC video regarding Devra's progress on the vaccine. I've listed the highlights below.

Devra also posted the following, if the potential she mentions exists, what implications does that have?
Recently, my internal CDC briefing on the state of the XM inoculation program was leaked to the public via the #IngressReport .
Firstly, there will be severe consequences when the person responsible is discovered, and they will be discovered, prosecuted to the full extent of the law and held in communication quarantine.
Secondly, the clear intention was to elicit irrational fear of the vaccine and obfuscate the threat XM poses to our species.
The threat is real. As I was among the first people exposed to mass doses of Exotic Matter, I can testify to its deleterious effects. My background in Quantum Biology places me in a unique position to understand the catastrophic and imminent danger posed by exposure to high levels of XM.
As you are aware, multiple agencies and profit-driven corporations (+IQTech Research, +Visur Technology and +Hulong Transglobal) are funneling a massive amount of resources towards the weaponization and commercialization of XM and the Ordered Data Patterns it utilizes.
I could imagine a thousand scenarios to describe the threat we face, but I'll present you only one:
Imagine you could write a small program that you could inject directly into a person's brain.
Imagine that you could deliver this program to billions of people without their consent or knowledge.
Imagine then that, at a moments notice, you could activate this program and fundamentally change the nature of a person. You could potentially turn an honest person into a thief, a gentle person into something ferocious, a conservative into a progressive, whatever your program dictates.
Now, imagine you have this power, and you could sell it.
While I will grant that this has not yet happened, let me assure you that our research shows that this is possible. XM is the key to the human brain. XM is being used by an intelligence of unknown origin to influence human thought.
Whatever you believe of Enlightenment, or perhaps even of the utility of XM as something that could help to evolve our humanity, ask yourself this: Is it worth the risk?

NL1331 and Farlowe's Work For Devra
Ok - a couple of updates and I am hoping to really poke at Hubert and Dr. Bogdanovich to see if either is willing to open up. Things are so tense with what Jarvis and ADA/Klue are engaging it, it would be nice to see a new perspective, and perhaps one that is not as self-centered.
Verity shared a full video clip of NL1331 - I have not compared it yet to what was leaked in the Ingress Report. There are many items to consider. I have posted on the Niantic Post - https://plus.google.com/u/0/105211554081025512763/posts/QvzPQXjX9Lf and will summarize what seems to pop up. My greatest concerns are the odd dates and if we are making bad assumptions.
As mentioned, an agent spoke to Joe Philley about Hubert's recent trips. I am paraphrasing the agent (thank you D. T.) and I will update, add, correct as needed. Also, this was from an Operation Essex Hangout where agents met to discuss the research aspect as opposed to the direct Ingress Hacking aspects - if interested in joining, please contact me.

Phase 2, Ingress Report and How Devra is tracking Ancient Portals
Hubert has been continuing on his journey. I have updated the map with his last posted (and one location that he posted but now seems to be redacted). What is phase two?

I would like to add posted November Lima locations to the map as an additional layer, if anyone is interested in helping analyze the geolocation data. The reason for that is a number of cryptic replies from Joe Philley, Hubert Farlowe, a few interesting leaked documents and yesterday's Ingress report. Below is a quick rundown, but will have more later.
And lastly, an Essex agent spoke to Joe Philley at a meetup yesterday and there seems to be indication that one of the reasons behind Farlowe's journey is he is tracking ancient, "dead" portals for Devra. This may be similar to what Hank did as described in The Niantic Project:Alignment in powering up an ancient portal. There has been potential mentions of dead civilizations being linked to areas where something happened to the XM (Hank has a theory about this). Devra may be seeking the cause of this as a potential method for developing a way to block XM. I will have more on this as it comes in, although it would be great to hear more about these studies directly from Dr. Bogdanovich.
