There is a new image starting to make the hangout rounds that has a snippet of Devra's last name and a potential statement of not in the system.  Is Devra ok???

Multiverse explains "time differences"?

With the recent intel being released and the possibility of multiverses (  Where There Was One ) perhaps this will explain what has been one of three major mysteries I have held onto since the early days of Niantic - The Arecibo date and Devra

A different meaning. I was attempting to form a synthetic MAGNUS. What I did not know was that in a 13MAGNUS or an ANTI-MAGNUS all of the members are of the same alignment. We were of different alignments.

Devra Bogdanovich just emerged from a period of silence following her appearance in Wroclaw. She made a post on Google+ (https://plus.google.com/+DevraBogdanovich/posts/EAbPZ1Awkrg#c6ea8vj2tsmh5ut7 ) sharing some thoughts on what she discovered while there.

It’s an interesting read, especially if you’ve been following the events of the past few days…

Richard Loeb did a number of kind things for me that night when I was having dinner with the man who called himself ‘James.’ He extracted me from an NIA observation and sent me to Wroclaw on a mission that was only of benefit to me, although I wonder if this was what the NIA were after, and if so why?

He claims the New Wave Resistance told him about this, but how did they know? And why would they want ME to know? After having spent some time with him, I’m wondering if I’m starting to think like him… I have questions that remain unanswered for now, but one thing did become clear.

When I arrived in Poland it all came back. I had heard them. They were the N’zeer. They spoke in verbal Glyphs which I could unaccountably understand. I know that I had dreamed this before, as a teenager, but now I’m beginning to see that it may not have been a dream after all.

Devra's Memories

About 10 weeks ago a number of Devra's memories came through the portal network.

9 of the 13 memories were recovered (see https://plus.google.com/u/0/+TroisLiu/posts/S7zSYNE25Wp for a list of recovered memories and https://plus.google.com/u/0/+DevraBogdanovich/posts/FP8bZArttXP for a post from Devra.

I still wonder what the other memories might have been and how much that contributed to the current state Devra is in.  We have not heard from Devra in awhile.  As Obsidius and Cybella's journey continues to be revealed, is this a potential way memories could be recovered? Could those memories have been "witnessed" by travelers like Obsidius?  Could there be a way to recover what was loss?  Could simulacra and similar recover memories after they return?

Devra in Tainan

I have been quiet for a bit.  Some of this was due to the fact Devra was not heard from and has been very quiet.  Well, it seems the silence is broken.  Devra will be at the #AegisNova Tainan event on May 28, 2016


And I echo Dr. Wright's question, posed here, of what this means and what she might be doing.  I hope all is well and will continue to follow this researcher.

Our informants tell us that +Devra Bogdanovich will be making her first public appearance at an Anomaly since Interitus at #AegisNova Tainan. Dr. Bogdanovich was responsible for the Portal Virus that increased Portal Decay duing Helios and was one of the many people associated with the Niantic Project who recursed after Abaddon.

Third Anniversary - Where is Devra Bogdanovich

It comes to the third anniversary of when the Ingress/NIantic Project scanner went into larger release. It has been an incredible three years.  At this point, the location and fate of Devra is unknown.

After her sharding, her shards were partially assembled, the Resistance gathering the largest number of pieces. The question of her being a simulacrum is current being explored. If she did die, when and where is her body?

She appeared to Hank a few times and he was going to hunt for Significant Portals attached to her, Paul School and perhaps other individuals, but not in a solid form. What might she be now?

The last mention at this point of Devra was by Paul School of a dream or perhaps contact from Devra.

What will the events of Abaddon bring for Devra?

I think this really happened...

I was in Big Sur over the weekend, deep in the woods. It was about 1:00pm. Devra walked up to me. She looked radiant. I tried to talk to her, but she wouldn't, or perhaps couldn't, express herself. She seemed discombobulated, confused. She spoke of the lost. The scattered.

She took my hand and led me to a clearing. I was surrounded there by beams of light. Dozens, at least. She looked at them, and I think I could read her lips as she mouthed the words 'my friends.' I looked back at the clearing, and I felt as though many more of 'her friends' had appeared. I wasn't wrong. More appeared, and then more still. A hundred, it seemed, there were so many.

Then, four doors opened all around us. No, there more than that, twice as many. Her 'friends' began to run toward the doors.

Devra looked at me. She seemed grateful.

Then, it was all gone. The clearing. Devra. Everything.

I was alone in Big Sur. I checked my watch. It was 1:15. Only fifteen minutes had passed, a single moment, but it had felt like hours.

What is happening to me? Am I losing my mind?

Devra Status, what is coming next

I have been silent awhile because of the events that affected Dr. Devra Bogdanovich recently and the uncertainty surrounding those events.

When Azmati interfered with the Shonin Stone Ceremony at the Afghanistan 13Magnus nest, it triggered a number of events, including the "disappearance" of Devra Bogdanovich as well as others (so far Calvin Ezekiel, Oliver Lynton-Wolfe, Martin Schubert, Yuri Nagassa and Stein Lightman are missing and Misty Hannah, Enoch Dalby are unknown).

31 shards appeared in the portal network seeming to represent Devra. The goal was to reunite the shards at one of two targets. Only 13 shards made it to targets. In the Ingress Report Shonin Finale (around the 12 minute mark) Susanah Moyer talks about Devra and the shards.

The final results brought about the release of a series of videos via the portals.  They are related to Devra.  Essex and other agents are working on deciphering what they mean and what they reveal about Devra. I am collecting the results in the wiki at this page.

Dr. Paul School, a former colleague of Devra's, directed a post to Hank Johnson that he had received contact from Devra. Hank discussed Paul in this post and shared this, "He played me some disrupted recordings of what certainly sounded like Devra. I heard the words 'becoming manifest,' but most of it I couldn't make out." . Nothing more has been heard since that last post.

A new event has begun, Persepolis. Shards representing Stein Lightman have been predicted.

I will continue to post updates regarding Devra.  Also, I would like to do a review series of Devra's work and what we have learned over the last two and a half years, if anyone is interested in helping, please let me know.

Devra Shards

It has been confirmed that Devra is somehow in the portals; there are 31 shards and two targets.  Here is a recreation made by an agent followed by the formal announcement (transcript below).  What does this mean for Devra?

Lorazon: Give me what we have.
Analyst: at 18:01 UTC 31 XM Shards manifested across the globe. Each Shard seems to contain part of a Pattern that matches our records for Dr. Devra Bogdanovich.
L: She's in the portals...
A: Yes, it seems that way. The Shards are energizing in a manner that suggests they will jump with in the Portal Network every 6 hours. We expect we;ll see the first jump at midnight UTC. Then 6AM UTC and so on.
L: Is that a constant?
A: For now. In the past we've seen movement frequency change as the Shards gain momentum through their lifespans. We might see something similar with these.
L: Do we know their lifespans?
A: Data's still coming in, but so far everything points to the Shonin Anomaly on March 28th.
L: Makes sense. The Shards travel on Portal Links?
A: There's a possibility they will move without one if they stay too lon in one place, but usually they travel along a connected Link as long as the Portals are both L7 or higher. In the past we've also seen Shards and Artifacts within the network self-correct if tampered with. I expect these ones will display a similar  resilience.
L: Targets?
A: So far the Targets seem to be static and we expect they'll stay that way.  It seems likely that the Shards arriving at the Targets will lock into place and become stable there. We see a Target in D.C. at the Washington Monument and one in Rotterdam near the Erasmus Bridge. Resistance and Enlightened respectively.
L: Important moments from her past. With Calvin before Niantic began and with Hank Johnson after Niantic fell apart.
A: Yes, sir. We thought the same thing. Calvin' Resistance and Hank's Enlightened. She must have left a Pattern at the Portals there.
L: Will control of these Shards have an impact on the Shonin Anomalies?
A: A significant one. Exact data is unclear but we strongly suspect that capturing the 31 XM Shards will be critical, possibly equal or even greater value than all the Shonin Anomalies combined.
L: And Devra's on the line?
A: Devra's on the line, sir. And this just might be the beginning of something bigger.
L: I know. Keep me updated.

Devra Disappears

A very blurry video had surfaced about Devra at the 13Magnus Nest.  The Acolyte's video has the events more clearly.

She seems to say: "It's as if..." then there is static and camera interference and she is gone.

Devra in a Box

Felicia Hajra-Lee has posted another glimpse, Devra's journey continues, as does, it seems, her transformation, or metamorphosis or....

Devra was in a box.  Not figuratively, but literally.  A converted shipping container, maybe like one of those micro hotel rooms she’d heard of in Asia, but shielded somehow and being bombarded with Exotic Matter.  They weren’t trying to torture her... maybe they were studying her through cameras, but if they were, she wasn’t very interesting to watch.  She spent most of her time meditating – recompiling herself.  Trying to survive this.

How long had it been?  She didn’t know. That was speculation.  It had been days.  Maybe weeks.  She had no way to measure time.  She also had no way to measure what the inoculation had done to her.   

She did know what it had done to those who had come in contact with her.  Hwang had – the best word she could use for it – self-destructed – had what looked like a seizure, expending the last of his energy to crawl into a fetal ball… and die

The world had been amazingly clear for Devra.  It was like a game.  She heard guards running down the hall. The door was locked. There was no key card on Hwang’s body thus the only point of vulnerability was the giant two way window.  Devra had thrown a chair through it.  It shattered.  She saw Fan in a catatonic state.  She wasn’t dead...  not yet.  She was still breathing.  Devra felt nothing as she watched Fan.  It wasn’t coldness.  It was absence.  There was only one relevant issue.  She was breathing.   

Guards broke in.  Their reaction was, in some ways similar to Hwangs.  Only Antoine Smith was unaffected.  But then he’d been exposed to Dark XM before.

He subdued her. 
When she awoke, it was in the box.
She had been there ever since.

She liked the darkness.  Seeing was painful in its clarity.  It was like seeing the world without ornamentation – like a flowchart or an engineering diagram. Without sentiment. Without illusion.  Pure.  Not exactly like the dripping text in the Matrix, but somehow she was reminded of the metaphor.

Her guess was that Hwang died from from the shock brought on by this.  From the sharpness of this sight.  The same phenomena, shielded by the glass had frozen, maybe killed Fan.

The box was moving.  To where?  As best she could discern it had been transported out of the lab by truck and loaded onto an airplane.  She could only speculate on speed and direction.

But she was being taken somewhere.  Where and for what purpose?

She had worked out three scenarios:
1)   She was being taken to a remote facility for study.
2)   She was being taken to a distant place to be killed with no traces leading back to Hulong.
3)   She was simply being taken ‘away’ without a plan, while various interested parties argued over what to do.

The latter seemed the most likely. 


And Hubert is on the move, and is not.... happy

So Hubert is protecting Devra, has some ability to sense her, is tracking her fear and is seems is heading to Australia to find Devra and potentially interact with Smith.  I am looking forward to that.

A few additional thoughts on Australia.

It is interesting to note - WAYYYYYY back in 2012 - some of the first XM studies leaked noted that Australia was one of the "darker" or lower level spots regarding XM - and that is where Smith is taking Devra... is there a connection? (see http://niantic.schlarp.com/investigation:exotic_matter#xm_sat_surveys_and_dr_victor_kureze_research and http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/pac/IB/01/item/dreamtime.png  )

Maybe  knows about agent 685 (mentioned in the Dreamtime document) and also - why was that document titled Dreamtime?

What has Devra Become, Scorched Earth and A Reason for Hubert

Felicia Hajra-Lee has shared more of Devra's trip to Hulong.  It seems Devra has taken her research to a different level, one that may have unintended consequences, or, as seen in the one excerpt shared by Felicia, may have been the intention all along.  Also, we see Hubert is still, at least as of Atlanta, helping Dr. Bogdanovich.I do wonder at this quote from Felicia, "She had what she wanted.  Which meant that for now, Farlowe had what he needed.  A reason to keep going.  "
