Devra and 13Magnus

It seems much of Devra's early work is being filled in the last week.  I have collected many of the pieces at the Niantic Wiki page for 13 Magnus -  http://niantic.schlarp.com/investigation:characters:thirteen_magnus

It seems Hank and Devra met 20 years ago at Areicbo - leaving some of the items in the original Tycho posters for reinterpretation.  We also begin to see the connections between Hank, Dr. School, Dr. Wright and Devra.

We also see that Calvin Ezekiel has been chasing something for a very long time and using many of the same chess pieces.

Lastly, Devra may have been exposed to glyphs some 20 years ago (as well as Hank and any who saw those photos). What does this mean? Is this why in the Roland audio tapes he mentions it is like Devra knew what he was thinking????

Much more needs to be teased out.

Betrayal at a large price

It seems Dr. Paul School is, not as we might have expected. Although there are some startling pieces here if they prove to be true. Devra went by another name? Does that mean her early work is published under other names?  She has known about 13Magnus all this time?  Is there perhaps a link to the reference Marie Celeste project that ties in?

In this recording (http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/pac/IB/00/item/contact/Contact.mp3)  is Devra perhaps trying to "rub in" that she had found something. That what she was disciplined for was something more?  

 It seems Dr. Wright, I give you a nod. You have been trying to warn about the past events in Devra's history (such as here - https://plus.google.com/u/0/110289508116377658380/posts/VQHqawmUbuE) and in the following

a quote from a Jan. 5 g+ post - "Paul School is known to me.  He was involved in the SETI project decades ago.  He attempted to court Devra, but was, to the best of my knowledge, widely rejected. As she was his student (he was either an associate professor or T.A. at the time), this was highly unethical, but i do not believe any disciplinary action was taken.  I warned her against him.  Only having met him once, I assure you he was more a poseur than real scientist.  I believe he was mostly interested in extraterrestrial intelligence to get impressionable girls alone on dark nights."


It seems Dr. Bogdanovich has an unfortunate history of not always having the best of luck with men she interacts with in her professional and personal life...

More on Devra's past and Oliver Lynton-Wolfe who is he and where will he go

A post from Dr. Edgar Wright suggested to review what had been revealed regarding Devra and her past relationships.  I realize a better timeline can be generated and will be working on that over the upcoming holiday to try and update and improve the timeline (as that is one of the goals of this blog and research).

Post - " Like all whose lives have touched Devras, I am extremely concerned for her now. I am quite sure that nefarious forces are following up on a brief reference she made to having been at Arecibo and meeting Hank Johnson twenty years ago.  Stupid me, I had not put together that Johnson was the young Grad Student she met there who was studying certain ancient sites in the area.  Now, things are much clearer.  I now understand Dr. School's anger at the time.  Devra was young and confused.  If then grad student Johnson was doing what I think he was doing, I hope for her own sake that she is aware of the dangers that stalk her now. 

As for me, my research is showing a subtle 'change in things' coming. But I can say no more for now.

Yesterday a communication between Calvin and Lorazon and a profile on Oliver Lynton-Wolfe done by Hulong TransGlobal show how important yet dangerous OLW is to the XM race.

I wonder sometimes if the doctor is simply misunderstood or is completely unbalanced. Devra did share sata and research with him, so there is still potential for Oliver to end up in Visur's employ. But I wonder, does her really work for anyone?

A Change in the Rhythm

P.A. Chapeau posted this today on the Niantic Project g+ feed - I will copy the entire message below, however the summary is simply PA is taking a break and, for now, the board will not be updated. He says there will be information still released via g+ and facebook and who knows what other means, but today is a day where the routine falters, halts and, hopefully, shifts gears.

I will continue to update this site with information and intel and I continue to ask any and all for information that you may have. While my focus has been and always will be Dr. Bogdanovich and documenting her studies, life and contributions, I will post additional pieces.

Some weeks ago, I was given some advice by +Misty Hannah.

With the loss of +Carrie Campbell, +Klue S. in an unknown condition, and the growing threat of the unknown with #13MAGNUS , I have decided today to take that advice to heart.

I’ll be leaving this Investigation behind and going off the grid for a while. How long? Not sure. Until I find what I’m looking for, I guess, is the right answer to that question.

Although I no longer plan to update the Investigation Board at nianticproject.com, I have made arrangements with a trusted ally to continue to share any evidence related to the Investigation here on Google+ as well as on Facebook. I plan to write some good old fashioned letters (using pen and paper) while I’m off the grid. I’ve made arrangements for them to be scanned and posted here as well.

This Investigation must continue, and I hope that it continues to grow in strength despite my absence.

Secret Videotaping of Hank and Devra Meeting and Hank's Follow-up

Devra and Hank Johnson met in New York City, August 24, 2013 as part of operation Cassandra. They had a number of conversations. In addition to the interview done for the Ingress Report 23 (see here for my review of that interview), it seems they had a number of other discussions. What does this mean?

There are a number of questions and the XM community has many thoughts on this revelation (see these topics for some of the conversations - Secret Meeting part 1, Secret Meeting part 2, Secret Meeting part 3  Hank/Devra Followup).

I am working on transcripts for the videos, if anyone knows of a good way to pull a transcript from a video, please contact me. To accurately document this series of events in Dr. Bogdanovich's life requires as many primary sources as possible.

• Hank has known Devra for 20 years
• Devra has been doing controlled Xm experiments on subjects. Subjects (mostly students and homeless people) are given a disclosure form, they stay in a comfortable room for 24 hours, they are dosed with XM and are observed.

•  She started with small does only, but because Ilya is impatient, some had larger doses. 
• She exchanged this data with Oliver Lynton Wolfe before Cassandra. Devra believes he is the best XM researcher there is. They compared findings. 
• Hank believes Wolfe is a megalomaniac headed down the same road as Jarvis.
• Devra mentions XM can be a potentially positive force but there are problems.
• Mentions Carrier Signal Hypothesis - a hypothesis that something somewhere is communicating
• Hank states that he believes XM carries messages and that Carrie told him months ago that she can correlate symbols and glyphs to Xm modulations. 
• Devra replies those symbols can be coordinated to messages.  
• Hank says he has seen those symbols in a dozen civilizations beginning with his graduate work at Cahokia. then in Taloom (spelling), Afghanistan, Southern Texas. It is a language
• Devra mentions different subjects react differently to XM exposure

• Devra mentions some of the high dose subjects did bad things to themselves and to others
• Hank replies to that says just like Hollis (add this as speculation and include maybe Hollis was killed by the high dosed XM patient and it was touted as a suicide to coverup the killing.  Also - could Cognidyne mentioned by Hollis be linked to 13Magnus...
• Hank says the XM response is based on the individual and Devra adds the XM signal changed as well.  She states whatever is out there sending the messages is a group, a "them". 
• She mentions they may not be sending the messages to us but to each other. Using XM to communicate and that some of the messages are dangerous.
• Hank believes XM could save us. Devra says it could destroy us. And that we have to turn it off.

The Carrie Campbell Ripple

It seems that Dr. Carrie Campbell has been confirmed as the body in the Chicago morgue.  Well wishes from all corners have poured in as well as fierce debate on the circumstances of her death. There is much mention of a sacrifice and how that will affect future events. Only time will tell, and perhaps not even that.

Thank you Dr. Campbell for what you did share, may you be able to find peace, in what ever shape, form, plane or existence that might be.

INgress Report 24 Interrupted - What do the messages mean

Two items have dropped within the last 24 hours that may signal an upcoming shift. The first is a poster from Tycho (see here and the wiki entry here and map wiki image here) and the second is the 24 episode of the Ingress Report posted today has been hijacked, or something (see here and the wiki entry).  Devra is shown in the hijacked report and the writing in the frame may be linked to her or a residue... something is coming, what is it.

Interview with Devra and Hank by the Ingress Report

Dr. Bogdanovich and Hank Johnson were interviewed by Susanna Moyer for the Ingress Report Episode 23 (starts around 5:45 in the full episode). There is a mention of a full interview with them being available at the Ingress YouTube channel. I have not seen that, but will post links once I find them.

There are a few items of note in this interview - a couple big ones are what is Jarvis and what has Devra seen regarding  glyphs that she keeps referring to?

1. Hank Johnson, "I believe Exotic Matter affects everyone differently. It can have positive effects on many individuals. It can also weaken the minds of some and bring out dangerous and deep rooted flaws."

2. Devra Bogdanovich, "What lives on, I can not fully explain. He seems to have been mirrored in the XM fabric... the thing that attempted to seduce you, to shape you..." - Devra uses the term shaping in a potential negative connotation.

3.  Hank, "He is pure evil, but that does not mean all XM is bad."

4. Susanna asks about glyphs.  Hank, "Glyphs are neither good nor evil. They are the embodiment of a communication with mankind. A dialogue that has been going on for thousands of years. A dialogue between our species and one that has an awful lot to teach us."

5. Susanna, "So glyphs are words?"  Hank, "Glyphs are more than words. They are like a programming language for our minds."  Devra, "And programs can be bad. I've seen what glyphs can do. They can be self destruct codes for people."

6. Susanna asks Hank if glyphs are dangerous.  Hank, "Glyphs have created entire civilizations and yes, glyphs have also destroyed entire civilizations.

7. Susanna, "You're saying the glyphs out there have some self destruct code for civilization (Devra nods her head yes). They can even as we speak be driving the modern world to extinction."  Hank, "Not all XM is bad; not all glyphs are bad. (Devra makes a noise but does not interject). If we work hard, we can understand what they are communicating to us, (Devra again makes protest noises). Glyphs, the knowledge they contain can lead us to a better future (Devra cuts in and the video begins to have static interference).

8. "I've witness the results (regarding XM). I don't know if we can close this Pandora's Box, but we have to try."  then the video cuts out

Cassandra wrap-up and Devra visits NYC and Meets Hank

Dr. Devra Bogdanovich was in New York City yesterday to meet with Hank Johnson as well as observing the New York portion of the Cassandra Anomaly.

It seems they met before the actual event (potentially near the area referenced in this document)

Both Hank and Devra attended the gathering of agents. Devra stayed mainly with resistance agents and was handing out cards and other support to them as Hank watched before going over to speak to enlightened and also handed out support. Susanna Moyer was also there, working to capture the event and I believe she interviewed Dr. Bogdanovich.

During the event, Devra was seen at some of the portals, again giving aid to resistance (and may have had an XM encounter as reports/rumors are coming in that at one of the portals she may have been overwhelmed and fainted/was affected).

There is also another portal/statue where both Hank and Devra crossed paths, the statue seeming to draw Hank.

With the close of the Cassandra event, we have the enlightened taking the event, but also the meeting of resistance and enlightened and in the cryptic words of Hank "We [sic Devra] may be seeing more eye to eye in the future". 

As more about Dr. Bogdanovich’s studies and work and related topics emerges, I’ll update.
